This guide will walk you through the process, offering tips and best practices to help you create your profile and make it shine.
Step 1: Register for an Account
To get started, head over to our membership page where you can see our membership plans and start the sign-up process.
Email (required) This is the email that is associated with your website
Password (required)
Your Name or Business Name (required): Clearly state your business name or your name if you’re a solo provider.
Profile Avatar (required): Upload a professional headshot or logo representing your brand. A .jpg with a size of 150px x 150px and the file size must be under 300KB to upload.
Website (required): Add your website address (needs https://). This is a requirement for a free listing, as it helps clients learn more about you and your services. (In 2025, there will be an option to be included by providing social media and your ABN.)
Short Profile Bio (required) Write a concise and engaging bio that highlights your expertise and what you offer. (Up to 300 characters)

Step 2: Confirm Your Email
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a code
Step 3: Log in and Complete Your Profile
After confirming your email, you can log in to the platform and complete your profile. Here’s where you can showcase your expertise and make a great first impression:
Featured Image: (.jpg 800px x 400px) Photo or illustration that represents your business. An 800px x 400px .jpg is best and must be smaller than 1MB to upload. If the file is larger than 1MB you will need to resize it prior to upload.
Timezone: Whilst you must be Australian to be on the platform, knowing your time zone is helpful for potential clients’ schedules.
Additional Options for ‘Essential’ Members
Area(s) Of Expertise: Select the categories that best represent your skills and experience. These are shown on the site in searches and also listed on your profile.
If your area of expertise isn’t listed, please let me know, and I can add it for you.
Specialisation: You can add up to 6 searchable terms. They are also listed on your profile.
Facebook URL: Add your Facebook page URL.
Instagram URL (optional): Add your Instagram profile URL.
LinkedIn URL (optional): Add your LinkedIn profile URL.
Threads URL (optional): Add your Threads profile URL
A note about images: While words in your logo are A-OK, your featured images should be eye-catching photos or illustrations that showcase your expertise and brand personality. No watermarks or logos in your featured images, please!
